Our Refund / Return Policy:
- Please contact us within 14 days of receiving the goods if any faults are found.
- Faulty Product needs to be returned to us prior to any replacements.
- Packaging and Product should not be damaged or stained in anyway.
- Return Postage to be paid by Buyer, however we will post out the replacement at no charge.
- We reserve the right to void the warranty if our technicians identify the returned item had been misused
Note: We will consider paying for the return postage if customers are able to proof that goods are faulty. Please contact us first.
